Writer's Block...

 Although I might not write a lot on this blog, I am constantly writing. I have notepads with me all the time, in my handbags, in my cars, at my desk etc. I am a writer. I write about everything, especially what I am currently feeling. That is my way of coping with things and my way of expressing myself. But currently I am having a writer’s dilemma, known as writer’s block.

Wednesday!

Finally the weather is cooling down and I can actually wear clothes I bought for winter. I know I will regret this when I go back to Chicago. But for now I am grateful that its cooler and I can wear warm clothes. Hahaha. 

Back to the...

office!

Like many, I had to return to work after the holidays. And since I am still in LA, I actually had to go into the office while my Chicagoans were able to stay home due to Chiberia. But I am not complaining, I am able to wear skirts and light jackets unlike them whom I feel so terrible for. I cannot imagine myself in negative weather. I was a big wimp when it was at single digit weather, I don’t want to imagine how it feels at negative. If you live in a city getting hit hard with this winter cold, please stay warm!

Before the storm...

the snow storm. I was able to take a few shots last week before the weather change. Let me tell you, it was COLD!!!! 

I am ready for spring. I look at my shoes and I feel so bad for majority of them because I cannot wear them. I sometimes look at blogs and these bloggers have almost nothing on in snow! I don't know how they are able to do such thing. I am cold just typing about it. 

Anyways, the only good thing about the cold and snow is that I able to bring out the fur items. Which don't get a lot of use. I guess there's one positive thing about the snow...

a very cold...

and dark day. By dark, I mean the dark shades of clothing I chose to wore today and the dark lipstick.

I am usually a bright clothes kind of person, even during winter. But lately I've been choosing dark colors over bright colors. Guess mother nature is winning again and forcing me to wear dark warm clothes.

Dear Cold Weather...

I am completely over you! Anyone who knows me, knows that my least favorite season is winter. I am easily cold and I cannot stand being cold at all times. But in this battle, mother nature wins and I must follow what she says. 

For now I must suffer and wear sweaters, boots, beanies, gloves etc, whatever it takes to stay warm. Hope you all have a great weekend!

Hello 1973...

I mean 2013.

Want to start off by saying Happy New Years to all of you. I hope you have a wonderful year full of love, happiness and money!

I was able to spend my holidays with my family in California. It was a great change from the cold. I was hoping for beautiful Southern California weather but it's been really chilly in Southern California. Some parts have hit low 20's! The mountains do look beautiful full of snow. Hope you had a great one!

I was able to take some shots while out there. This assemble made me think a lot of Rachel Zoe and her love for the 70's. I did enjoy wearing the high waisted pants because they were able to suck in all those goodies I ate during the holidays. LOL. Also, I was able to take pictures with my amazing Gucci wallet I won on shopedropoff.com for $60!!! If you don't know about E Drop Off, you should really check it out because they have great designer items that have been consigned with them.
